As of July 15th we have Open Gym hours to workout on your own using our new cardio and strength equipment. No need to book online or reserve a spot, just come in! Monday - Thursday: 6am to 6pm, Friday: 6am to 5pm.
You may sign up for a class up to 10 days in advance. If a class is full you may opt to join the waitlist in the event of a cancellation. Waitlist members will be notified of an opening up to 15 minutes before class starts.
If you cannot make a class, you can cancel up to a 30 minutes before class starts without penalty on the MindBody website or in the MindBody app for iPhone or Android. Within a half hour of class, cancellations will be charged or count as attended on a punch pass.
